TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from VintageAutoPlus.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. NATURE OF GOODS VintageAutoPlus.com specializes in the sale of vintage, antique, and New Old Stock (NOS) automotive parts, components, and memorabilia. All items are aged, pre-owned, or long-term stored goods ranging from 40 to over 100 years in age. By their very nature, these parts have not been manufactured, tested, or certified to modern automotive safety standards.

2. CONDITION AND ACCURACY We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. All descriptions reflect our honest assessment of each part's condition, including any known defects, wear, or imperfections. Vintage patina, age-related wear, and storage marks are inherent characteristics of these goods and do not constitute defects unless specifically stated otherwise. The photographs provided represent the exact item you will receive.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER BY PURCHASING FROM VINTAGEAUTOPLUS.COM, THE BUYER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

a) All vintage and NOS automotive parts purchased from VintageAutoPlus.com are sold strictly for collector, display, and restoration purposes only.

b) Any and all parts must be thoroughly inspected, tested, and evaluated by a licensed, certified, and qualified automotive mechanic or restoration professional prior to installation or use on any vehicle.

c) No part purchased from VintageAutoPlus.com should be installed, operated, or used in any vehicle or application without prior professional inspection and certification of fitness for use.

d) VintageAutoPlus.com makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding the fitness, safety, or suitability of any part for any particular purpose or application.

e) The buyer assumes full and complete responsibility for any and all risks associated with the inspection, installation, use, or misuse of any part purchased from VintageAutoPlus.com.

f) VintageAutoPlus.com, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any damage to property, personal injury, death, or any other loss or harm — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any part sold on this site.

4. NO WARRANTIES ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "WHERE IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS BY VINTAGEAUTOPLUS.COM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY.

5. INDEMNIFICATION The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VintageAutoPlus.com and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to the buyer's purchase, installation, or use of any part purchased from this site.

6. PRICING AND ORDERS All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Connecticut.

8. MODIFICATIONS VintageAutoPlus.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
