These mount to the speaker grille in 1964-1967 Mercury/Comet cars. These were a rare option that very few cars came with.
I found an image of what they look like when complete (see last photo for reference)
Many more FORD parts being listed, I just acquired a HUGE collection! Lots of NOS
I did my best with identifying the parts, if anything looks off please let me know.
Item has been in storage for over 40 years, includes everything pictured.
